Sweetwater Apartments Phase III, is a 24-unit affordable multifamily community located in Lake City, Columbia County, Florida, developed in partnership between ReVital Development Group, Birdsong Housing Partners, and The Greater Lake City CDC. This project will add to the multi-phase Sweetwater Apartments project, which currently features 48 affordable multifamily units. 

Upon completion, Sweetwater III will offer 24 affordable three-bedroom units, restricted to residents earning 65% or less of Area Median Income (“AMI”). Furthermore, 5 units will be set aside for residents earning 50% AMI or less. Residents will enjoy a variety of amenities, including a modern clubhouse, on-site management & maintenance, state of the art fitness center, and an outdoor resident patio lounge. 

The three-story residential building has been designed with environmental sustainability in mind, achieving the NGBS Green Building certification standards. Additionally, the project has been designed to serve as a model of forward-thinking, storm-resilient construction, and will be certified to meet FORTIFIED Roof design standards.
