ReVital Development Group is a real estate development firm whose mission is to preserve, create and sustain high quality, safe and affordable housing that supports economic security and access to opportunity for all. Offering extensive knowledge of real estate finance combined with an expertise in multifamily development and value-add, ReVital often works closely with community stakeholders and partners with non-profit organizations, housing authorities and local government agencies to deliver projects that seek to support community objectives; with an emphasis on neighborhood revitalization through affordable and workforce housing.

Leadership

Michael Allan - President

Michael Allan is the Founder and President of ReVital Development Group, where he leads the firm’s strategy, partnerships, and development activities across Florida, with a focus on affordable and workforce housing. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and finance, Michael has overseen the development of over $500 million in multifamily, senior housing, and mixed-use projects statewide.

Prior to founding ReVital, he served as Executive Vice President and Board Member of a Tampa-based 501(c)(3) organization and as Managing Director of a public benefit corporation, leading affordable housing and mixed-use development platforms. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Development and Opportunistic Investments at Aileron Investment Management, contributing to the development of more than 1,000 multifamily units in Southwest Florida.

Michael attended Montclair State University in New Jersey and currently resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and two daughters. He is actively engaged in local, statewide, and national housing advocacy and serves as a member of the Lee County Attainable Housing Coalition, supporting policies and partnerships that expand equitable housing access.
