Sweetwater Apartments Phase II, is a 48-unit affordable multifamily community located in Lake City, Columbia County, Florida, developed in partnership between ReVital Development Group, Birdsong Housing Partners, and The Greater Lake City CDC.

Upon completion, Sweetwater II will feature a 48-unit affordable multifamily units, consisting of 24 one- and 24 two-bedroom units, restricted to residents earning 60% or less of Area Median Income (“AMI”). Furthermore, 5 units will be set aside for residents earning 40% AMI or less, and 5 units will be set aside for residents earning 30% AMI or less. Residents will enjoy a variety of amenities, including a modern clubhouse, fitness center, business center, and covered outdoor patio.

The two, three-story residential buildings have been designed with environmental sustainability in mind, achieving the NGBS Green Building certification standards. Additionally, the project has been designed to serve as a model of forward-thinking, storm-resilient construction, and will be certified to meet FORTIFIED Roof design standards.
