Hermosa Arcadia is a 27-unit affordable multifamily project situated on 1.807 acres, located in Arcadia, DeSoto County, Florida. All 27 units will be set aside for residents earning 65% or less of the area median income (“AMI”), with 6 for tenants earning up to 50% AMI and 21 units for tenants earning 65% AMI or below.

The apartment unit mix is comprised of all three-bedroom/two-bathroom units. The community will have an on-site leasing office, including a business center and multi-purpose room available for tenants. Free resident programs offered at Hermosa will include an Employment Assistance Program and Financial Management Program.
